UK Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is something we hope to introduce in the future.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days after payment has been received.
Delivery services
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
- Large Letter — £3.99: Eligible orders containing up to six standard comics.
- Parcel — £5.99: Orders containing thicker comics or seven or more comics.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
Packaging
We take care when packing signed comics and collectibles, using suitable protective packaging to help keep them secure during transit.
Delivery estimates
Royal Mail Tracked 48 generally aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the packaging and affected items.
Returns & Refunds
At Trevor Hairsine Comics, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We take care when packing signed comics and collectibles, but understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned.
Changed Your Mind?
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service and suitable protective packaging.
- Please return the comic in its original condition wherever possible.
- You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
We will refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge, subject to applicable consumer law. We may wait until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent before issuing the refund.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not the item you purchased, please contact us with your order number and details of the problem.
Photographs of the comic and packaging are helpful but are not a condition of your statutory rights.
Where a return is required because an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return postage or arrange an appropriate return method.
Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
